Every tribute we create at DreamDogs.AI is unique, emotional, and crafted with love. These are not just products — they are sacred memories. That’s why we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction.
📌 Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order as long as the design process has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once we begin creating your tribute, cancellation is no longer possible.
🎨 What if I don’t like the design?
Before anything is printed or delivered, you will receive a preview. If you’re not fully happy, we offer up to 2 minor revisions for free to ensure the tribute feels just right.
📦 Can I return the product?
Because these are custom-made tributes, we cannot accept returns once the final design has been delivered or printed — unless there is physical damage or an error on our part.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. We’ll ask for a photo and provide a quick solution.
⚖️ Legal Information
Under EU consumer regulations, personalized and made-to-order products are exempt from the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16, point c).
This means returns are not accepted if the design or production of your custom tribute has already begun.
